Isaacs acknowledges receipt of Leeser's note authorizing a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Delegates. Due to several committee members being out of town and Isaacs' own upcoming trip, he proposes delaying the meeting until the first or second week of August, leaving the date to Leeser's discretion. He also expresses his wishes for a pleasant trip to Washington for Leeser.
