Letter from M. Joseph of Akron, OH, to Messrs. Wolf Mayer & Co. in Philadelphia, PA, dated February 13, 1864. Joseph writes that he received their letter of the 10th with the annexed bill from Mr. Leeser. He explains that he paid Leeser $3 in March when he was East and stopped the paper before the year was up, so he owes Leeser nothing. He mentions paying Leeser in the presence of Herman Haher.
