Letter from A. Myerston to Isaac Leeser;June 15, 1854 Letter from A. Myerston in Puerto Cabello to Isaac Leeser in Philadelphia, dated June 15, 1854. Myerston requests Leeser to procure for him a portrait of the Love Giver in an ebony frame, or another dark wood frame if too expensive. He also asks Leeser to send him several books: a volume of "Select Sentences," one volume of poems by Mrs. Hyneman, a Jewish Calendar for fifty years, and one volume of Miss Peixotto's book of Bible questions. A note on the back indicates the letter was received and forwarded by Dovale & Co. on July 5th.
